TRS are currently working with a top tier civil contractor who have been awarded a multi-million highway upgrade along the northern seaboard of NSW. The project duration of the project will be approx 15 months and will require you to be based near the site.

In this role your resposibilities will include:

• Ensuring QA compliance and managing the companies QA systems and processes
• Document management in accordance company guidelines and continual improvement to company systems
• Preparing and coordinating QA documentation
• Supporting project teams with quality administrative support, documentation, presentations and reports.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining effective systems and procedures to ensure company expectations are met

You will be responsible for working with the project team at both tender and operational stages, setting up quality systems, registers and procedures for projects and carrying out audits to ensure the project is compliant.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• The ability to build strong working relationships with the project team, clients and sub-contractors. 
• Have excellent IT skills, be well organised 
• Tertiary qualifications within a civil related discipline
• At least 3 years experience within a civil construction environment (preferably within QA on RTA projects)
