Care Manager - Coffs Harbour

A dynamic RN is required to join the dedicated staff at this premium Aged Care facility in Coffs Harbour.
As a vital member of the management team you will be an integral part of daily operations of the facility.
Responsibilities include leading a tea m of care staff, overseeing first class quality care to all residents and guaranteeing the high standards of the site are met and documented. Accreditation and ACFI assessments are key aspects of the role.
To be successful you will have:
- Current RN registration with AHPRA
- Previous 'in charge' or management experience
- Excellent clinical skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Enjoy leading a team
